Terms and Conditions

BY INSTALLING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE, THEN YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. As we will be continually improving the Services and adding more features, you are expected to check this page each time you access the Services so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Consultation

Consultations are required for all services. Please make sure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. The consultation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will have to reschedule. A consultation is required before booking wallpaper installation services. There will be an additional fee beyond a 35-mile radius. 

Installation

 The Wallpaper Queen LLC. installs peel and stick and traditional wallpaper products. The Wallpaper Queen LLC has the right to refuse rendering of any service. Please make sure that your walls are free of dirt and debris and the area is clear of furniture and any other items. If there is a rare case, that when removed, the adhesive left residue or affects the appearance of your wall, The Wallpaper Queen LLC. Is not liable for any damages when removing the wallpaper. The Wallpaper Queen LLC. requires all clients to book a client consultation prior to installation services. The Wallpaper Queen LLC. Will add on a couple of inches for good measure when taking wall measurements. If you are receiving installation services and your measurements are off, we will not continue the service and you will have to pay the full cost of the installation cost. If you would like the services to be completed, an additional travel fee of $25.00. If everything is not removed from the wall at the time of installation, service will be rescheduled. There will be a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If deposit is not paid, the date is not secured. Final payment is due upon arrival with no exceptions. The Wallpaper Queen LLC. will reimburse 50% of the total cost to your original form of payment in the event you are not satisfied with the service. In order to be eligible for this reimbursement, you must have first engaged in the redesign process with your installer, providing ample feedback to allow the team to provider you a satisfactory experience. The money back guarantee reimbursement will only apply within the first three days of service.

Wallpaper Products

Third Party Purchases. If client does not purchase from our website, A Client may wish to purchase certain items (“Items”) offered by third parties (each, a “Vendor”) through the Service. The Wallpaper Queen LLC. will collect the cost of the wallpaper products from you in advance of The Wallpaper Queen LLC. placing orders with the Vendor for the purchase of the Item(s). All Vendor terms and conditions apply to these purchases of Items, including return policies and shipping costs. Return shipping from outside of the continental United States may result in additional fees. Note that while The Wallpaper Queen LLC.  uses reasonable efforts to display the current and accurate price for Items, the price for Items is dynamic, and the price displayed on the Service for any particular Item is subject to change. The Wallpaper Queen LLC. will confirm Item pricing before placement of order. The Wallpaper Queen LLC. is not liable for product damages.

Payment

We may revise and update our fee schedule and Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any revisions and updates by posting them to the website. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your use of the Services following any such change constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified fee schedule and Terms. If you do not agree to the revisions, you should stop using the Services. These Terms will identify the date of last update. As we will be continually improving the Services and adding more features, you are expected to check this page each time you access the Services so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
